  1. Represented a real estate fund in a sale and leaseback acquisition transaction valued at over SAR 250 million, including conducting legal due diligence and drafting all related agreements.
  2. Advised a real estate fund on the development of idle land through a project valued at more than SAR 200 million, including drafting contracts with contractors, engineering firms, supervisors, and real estate developers.
  3. Established a logistics services entity for one of the world’s leading automotive companies as part of a market entry and feasibility assessment.
  4. Formed a joint venture between a Saudi and a foreign entity to manufacture military equipment, including obtaining GAMI licenses, with an investment exceeding SAR 200 million.
  5. Represented a local shareholder in the sale and full exit from a military company in a transaction valued at approximately SAR 30 million.
  6. Issued a legal opinion for a local company concerning the renewal of a working capital facility valued at over SAR 200 million.
  7. Provided a legal opinion to one of the largest petrochemical companies on restructuring share ownership of subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions in two continents.
  8. Represented a listed company in a high-value labor dispute against its former CEO, involving a SAR 35 million claim, which was successfully adjudicated in favor of our client.
  9. Managed the liquidation process of several Saudi and foreign companies in accordance with the Saudi Companies Law.
  10. Represented individuals and companies in debt scheduling proceedings against bankrupt entities under the Bankruptcy Law.
  11. Issued a legal opinion for a listed company on share buy-back procedures to retain shares as treasury stock, in compliance with the Companies Law and CMA regulations.
  12. Restructured a local company and its subsidiaries to align with operational powers and solar energy projects in Saudi Arabia, in collaboration with international consortiums.
  13. Advised multiple listed companies on legal and corporate governance matters, including redrafting internal policies and regulations to ensure compliance with the new Companies Law and CMA guidelines.
  14. Provided legal advisory and registration services to a foreign company for a collateral arrangement, including registering mortgaged assets with the relevant authorities.
